Cancellation Policy

HAIR EXTENSION CO. BOOKING & SERVICE POLICIES By scheduling an appointment and paying the required deposit, you agree to the following policies. CANCELLATIONS: Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel. Deposits are nonrefundable. With proper notice, the deposit may transfer once to a future appointment within 60 days. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook. RESCHEDULING: Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice to a date within 60 days, subject to availability. A second reschedule or any request with less than 48 hours notice requires a new deposit. NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not arrive or contact the salon within 15 minutes of their appointment time may be marked as a no-show. The deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. Clients with repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may be required to pay 100% of the service price before future bookings. LATE ARRIVALS: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Please contact the salon if you expect to arrive late. The service may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on remaining time. If rescheduled due to late arrival, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS: Contact Hair Extension Co. within 7 days of a completed service with any concerns. Complimentary adjustments cover technical issues with work performed by Hair Extension Co. only. They do not cover change of mind, outside alterations, improper home care, or client-supplied hair. Completed services are nonrefundable. PRICING: Listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing may increase based on hair length, density, detangling, matting, added product, corrective work, or additional extension rows or tapes. Additional charges will be communicated before extra work is performed.
